This is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior Leasing Manager based in Pasay City. The Senior Leasing Manager will oversee lease administration and property management operations, manage lease agreements, conduct market research, implement tenant retention initiatives, and provide leadership in day-to-day property management to ensure high occupancy and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience not only in office leasing but also in residential, commercial, and industrial property leasing. The role requires strong expertise in tenant negotiations, market analysis, and leasing strategy within the real estate sector, with the ability to drive leasing performance and contribute to the growth of the company’s property portfolio.
