Senior Lecturer / Lecturer: Radiation Therapy

Job Purpose

To support the department with academic lecturing to students and assessment of various subject areas in Radiation Therapy at BSc level, undertake research and supervision/co-supervision of postgraduate students, contribute to curriculum development and review as well as facilitating and coordination of work integrated learning.

Minimum Requirements for Senior Lecturer A doctoral degree in Radiography (Radiation Therapy) or equivalent qualification At least four (4) years relevant lecturing experience in Higher Education and/or five (5) years clinical experience in Radiation Therapy Current registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as a Radiation Therapist, independent practice Current and updated Continuous Professional Development portfolio A record of postgraduate student supervision and publications in accredited journals A postgraduate qualification in Higher Education (recom...
