Job Overview

The role, with an important Fintech component, forms a key part of the Legal team in managing and advising on risk and legal liability for the travel technology group, ensuring that strong growth plans are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal assistance to the Fintech/Insurtech Team on the risks of new initiatives from a commercial and regulatory perspective, monitoring new regulations and their impact on company activities.
• Advise on day‑to‑day business decisions, providing preventive counselling and reviewing contracts, with a focus on regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with other functions (Tax, Compliance, HR, IT Security, etc.) to give aligned and complete advice.
• Review and reshape current ways of working, aligning with the fast‑paced & evolving environment, improving, simplifying, and designing guidelines and scalable processes/protocols with relevant stakeholders.
