We’re looking for a seasoned legal specialist to oversee a portfolio of corporate clients and act as their primary contact for all company‑related legal needs. In this role, you’ll manage the full lifecycle of client entities, handle key corporate actions and documentation, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and coordinate with external advisors when needed.
