Job Description
Main Functions
- Fundamental in driving up the technical standards and capabilities of the company.
- Collaborates with colleagues and management to review departmental progress and technical needs.
- Consistently researches technological developments and cascades information down to the team and up to management.
- Assists the Head of Discipline in the design updating and implementation of thorough training programs at all levels.
- Works closely with the Head of Discipline in identifying the suitability of existing inventory of kit in the warehouse and making appropriate recommendations.
- Training and supervising Engineers Technicians and Crew on operation of equipment and through tasks.
- Working as part of a team on and off site.
