Senior Loan Examination Specialist

**In this role, you will:**

+ Lead loan reviews which include a complete re-underwrite of the loan file to assess the credit decision, a review of closing documents for compliance requirements, and a review of the appraisal for collateral quality
+ Research and validate most complex and escalated loan files to ensure programs, investors, and company polices are followed
+ Contribute to the resolution of loan transitioning and processing issues
+ Partner with other Loan Examination Specialists to meet process deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of closing, underwriting, and compliance guidelines
+ Collaborate with immediate peers and more experienced management to report findings and recommendations
