Senior Maintenance Technician
The Senior Maintenance Technician assists the leadership (Supervisor, Manager, Director) with daily operations, coordination of work, quality and service, achievement of goals and objectives, customer satisfaction, and in meeting regulatory requirements including, including internal construction projects.
The Senior Maintenance Technician is experienced in all phases of general maintenance of facilities and serves as a resource for other team members. They also perform general maintenance as directed and as necessary on all aspects of building structures and systems to include floors, walls, ceilings, lighting, HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other items.
