As a Senior Manager, Finance – Accounting Policy, you’ll gain a true bird’s-eye view of the organization, supporting Canadian & US P&C while collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders across Capital Markets, Global Markets, Wealth, and beyond. This is a fast-paced, intellectually challenging role where no two questions are the same, think loan loss provisions, capital markets, and emerging accounting issues, with a strong emphasis on research, analysis, and practical problem-solving rather than journal entries or month‑end close. You’ll build your brand and network through regular interaction with senior executives, lead memo writing and IFRS-based analysis (including IFRS 9 & ECL), and help shape how the bank interprets and applies complex accounting standards.
