Role Overview
Manages production support activities for all Finance applications, ensuring operational excellence and maintaining stringent SLAs. Leads global support teams across multiple geographies and time zones with 24/7 coverage.
What You Will Do
Troubleshoots, manages incidents, and implements automation opportunities across the support lifecycle. Mentors teams on SRE mindset and evaluates AI/generative AI tools for intelligent incident management.
