About the job Senior Manager Asset Management
- Drive rental negotiation with respective landlords for renewals by establishing market rental rate for the various leased commercial properties for both KFC and PH brands to meet trageted rental savings
- Development of rental negotiation strategy/model for the various asset types in line withe company's long-term goals.
- Preparation of yearly rental budget as well as monthly progress reports on achievement of key milestones
- Develop and lead the contract management process for both renewal and new tenancy agreemnts
- Manage asset team to execute all internal processes including instructions to finance on rental payment/accruals, rental analysis for approval of negotiated rental obtained as well as issuance of termination notice due to store closures
