The Senior Manager of Assortment Insights supports Merchandising in the effort to deliver value-driven assortments for every customer, tailored and localized to their communities and space, available through their preferred channels via seamless omnichannel assortment experience.

+ Advance assortment localization at scale.
+ Close assortment gaps to improve assortment coverage and market share.
+ Strategically optimize category space and flow.
+ Curate in store and online experiences that drive frequency, loyalty and basket expansion.
+ Enable faster fulfillment through assortment design.
+ Scale decision quality through the use of AI.
