JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Manager, Global Franchise Billing provides strategic and operational leadership for Choice Hotels’ global franchise billing function, overseeing invoice processing exceeding $1B annually. This role is accountable for the accuracy, integrity, scalability, and compliance of all franchise-related billing activities across domestic and international portfolios, including royalties, marketing and loyalty assessments, commissions, reservation fees, and other contractual revenue streams.
Operating at a senior management level, this leader sets global billing strategy, establishes governance and controls, and drives enterprise-scale process modernization and automation. The role partners closely with Finance, Technology, Legal, Franchise Operations, and Brand leadership to ensure billing operations support financial performance, regulatory compliance, SOX requirements, and positive franchisee relationships.
