Strategic Leadership: Devise and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve and exceed business targets. Monitor the implementation of business development plans and provide regular progress updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
Channel Expansion & Innovation: Proactively explore and expand distribution channels to increase the number of productive institutional partners. In response to the post-eMPF market shift from corporate to member focus, identify and develop collaborations with new partners and innovative business models beyond the traditional broker channel.
Market Intelligence & Product Competitiveness: Gather and analyze market intelligence to provide timely insights and actionable recommendations for product and service enhancements. Ensure Sun Life MPF offerings remain highly competitive by enabling responsive, data-driven decisions to market changes.
