About the Role
To enhance healthcare product understanding and engagement among agents and corporate clients, improve claims steerage towards cost‑effective solutions, and manage effective communication strategies through agent circulars. To guide agents in directing policyholders toward SMART/preferred panels, encourage GP steerage as the first line of defense, and support a smooth claims journey with clear expectations.
