Senior Manager (Coastal Protection & Capability)

The Senior Manager is to report to the Management Council, Managing Director and Deputy Managing Director. This role provides strategic leadership in advancing the Association’s mandate for Coastal Protection, sustainability, and industry capability development under the LEAD IV programme. It entails driving high-impact initiatives that strengthen Singapore’s coastal and climate resilience, enhance industry competencies, and foster innovation across the water ecosystem. The position leads the Coastal Protection Chapter, cultivates strong collaborations with government agencies, industry partners, and research institutions, and promotes the adoption of global best practices in shoreline management and environmental stewardship.
