Cahya Mata Oiltools Sdn Bhd is looking for a dynamic and commercially driven Senior Manager to lead our Commercial & Contract Management function.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the management and administration of upstream and downstream contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and company policies.
• Provide commercial and contractual support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage contract changes, variation orders, claims, disputes, and contract close-out activities.
• Review, draft, and negotiate contractual correspondence with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Oversee project billing, progress claims, and commercial performance monitoring.
