The Senior Manager, Communications and Public Relations leads CFF’s strategic positioning and public voice, shaping narratives that advance father-inclusive culture, strengthen brand credibility, and inspire public support.

We are looking for an exceptional writer and storyteller who can turn programme outcomes into human-centred stories, with strong editorial judgement and a visual eye to direct design output from in-house and agency partners.

Familiarity with the evolving role of fathers in Singapore is a strong advantage. The role partners with leadership, programme teams, creative partners, and media to drive integrated communications across earned media, digital, campaigns, and thought leadership.
