Senior Manager Compensation Benefits

Mission of the Role

This position will be an individual contributor role, primarily as a Compensation & Benefits Expert. A strategic leader who is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise-wide compensation & benefit programs. This role partners closely with senior leadership to ensure compensation & benefit strategies align with business objectives, support talent acquisition and retention, and maintain internal equity and external competitiveness. The Compensation & Benefits Expert also leads complex compensation & benefit initiatives, mentors junior team members, and ensures compliance with evolving regulatory requirements.

This position can be based in China, Malaysia or Singapore.
