Senior Manager: Construction Procurement - Johannesburg

Role Purpose

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Manager: Construction Procurement to lead the development, implementation and management of procurement strategies across a diverse property portfolio. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership for construction procurement activities relating to capital projects, repairs and maintenance, compliance upgrades and tenant installation works.
This role is responsible for driving commercial excellence, supplier performance, procurement governance and cost optimisation while ensuring procurement activities support successful project delivery across the portfolio.
