Job Description
Role Purpose Neo is looking for a data‑driven leader to serve as the Senior Manager, Credit Risk. In this role, you will help establish the strategic direction of the Credit Risk function to meet ambitious business goals. You will be responsible for designing and executing robust strategies for various elements of the credit risk journey. By leveraging advanced data analytics and mentoring a team of technical experts, you will ensure our lending portfolio remains healthy, reducing credit losses while aligning with Neo’s risk appetite and growth ambitions.
