Job Description
As a member of the Customer Data and Technology team, the Digital Data Platforms Lead will serve as a critical link between Analytics, Marketing and Operation teams across the organization.
This individual will be responsible for the enablement of digital initiatives via data and technology to deliver personalized experiences for our customers and drive business growth.
Responsible and accountable for managing and developing a team of people, setting direction and deploying resources on varying projects, participating in organization-wide projects, while providing guidance and expertise on an as needed basis.
Managers are required to understand how other business units operate, how their goals align with organizational goals and have budget and profit/loss responsibility.
Designs, develops and implements marketing programs and/or pricing strategies to support the organization's products, services or market sector.
