+ Senior Manager of Enterprise Innovation & Transformation sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, owning complex, enterprise-wide change initiatives that deliver measurable value across affordability, experience, and quality.
+ Architects change at scale, mobilizes cross-functional teams, translates organizational OKRs into operational reality, and drive value realization from inception through sustained adoption.
+ You will serve as a critical bridge between senior leaders, clinical operations, IT, analytics, and external partners, holding the connective tissue of the Plan's $900M+ transformation agenda.
