Responsibilities
- Development, validation, and stewardship of capital cost (CAPEX) estimates for large, complex mining and industrial projects delivered under EPC and EPCM execution models
- Lead the preparation of order-of-magnitude, conceptual, pre-feasibility, feasibility, and definitive CAPEX estimates in line with AACE Class 5 through Class 1 standards.
- Ensure estimates are developed using appropriate methodologies, benchmarks, factored and detailed approaches, consistent with project phase and data maturity.
