Senior Manager, Federal Program Management

This manager-level position is accountable for managing and growing a team of project managers who support large complex task orders, while ensuring adherence to operational/financial metrics and operational policies. In this role, you are more than a people manager, you will apply your project management and business expertise to help guide and grow the skillsets and talent of your team. This senior manager will also provide oversight to projects within the EHRM portfolio as needed to ensure quality outcomes and high customer satisfaction. Collaborates with Portfolio Leads to forecast project management staffing needs and timelines to ensure timely delivery.
