Senior Manager, Global Quality Assurance

The Opportunity:

This role will work closely with regional and global Compliance, Risk, Product and Operations teams to ensure that Airwallex meets its regulatory obligations and risk management standards through a robust, data‑driven Operations Quality Assurance (QA) framework, in line with our risk appetite and culture of compliance.

As Senior Manager of Global Quality Assurance, you will:

• Lead a global team of QA analysts with different domain expertises (e.g., KYC, Transaction Monitoring, Name Screening, Underwriting, Merchant Risk Monitoring, etc.)

• Design, implement and continuously enhance QA programs that cover all key operational functions and
