The First Line of Defence (1LoD) Group Resilience team works alongside all LSEG’s divisions and Group functions to provide advice, support and expertise ensuring that all elements of the Resilience framework requirements (Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Operational Resilience) are being driven in line with regulatory and internal policy expectations.

Reporting to the Group Director of Group Resilience, this position requires an experienced and collaborative people manager who is a subject matter expert in both Business Continuity Management and Operational Resilience and has extensive experience in working with and influencing senior internal customers.
