Senior Manager - HR Centralized Services Lead

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager/Senior Manager to lead the design and set up of our HR Centralized Services function. This role will be responsible for standardizing and optimizing HR operational processes across the employee lifecycle, ensuring a scalable, efficient, and consistent service delivery model across our South East Asia entities.

The successful candidate will play a key role in HR transformation initiatives, partnering closely with HR leadership, HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, Payroll, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to build strong HR operations, improve employee experience, and support the organization’s growth.
