Senior Manager, HR System Design

The Senior Manager, HR System Design, is a strategic product leader responsible for the end-to-end ownership of our HR technology products, including SAP SuccessFactors and custom system applications. This role operates at the intersection of business strategy, product management, and technology delivery, ensuring solutions are aligned to enterprise priorities, scalable, and deliver measurable business value.

This leader executes against the organizations product vision, governs the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and drives execution across complex, cross-functional environments.
