About the Role

• Location: Petersburg, VA, US (on-site)
• Lead IT/OT systems staff for automation, infrastructure, security, networking, and compliance in a pharmaceutical/chemical manufacturing environment
• Champion cGMP compliance and regulatory requirements (GAMP5, 21CFR11)
• Coach and mentor direct reports and develop a high‑performing cross‑functional IT/OT team
