Senior Manager - IT Strategic Governance (Corporate IT)

Position Overview

The Senior Manager will provide leadership and strategic oversight for enterprise Digital Platform Governance, Security, Architecture, and Automation. The role ensures that Synapxe’s enterprise platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, SAP, UiPath, M365, Sitecore) are governed through secure, scalable, and automated frameworks. This position drives platform standards, enforces compliance with cybersecurity and risk policies, defines the enterprise architecture roadmap, and accelerates automation adoption to improve efficiency, resilience, and value delivery. By institutionalizing the Centre of Excellence & Innovation (CoEI), the role ensures continuous improvement, innovation, and alignment with business and national healthcare digital strategies.
