Senior Tax Manager – Mobility Tax Practice

We are seeking a Senior Tax Manager to join our People Advisory Services – Mobility Tax practice. The practice provides high‑quality compliance and advisory solutions, helping clients drive organizational success through human capital. Mobility Tax services include Canadian and US personal income tax, compliance and advisory services, mobility policy design, executive compensation and employer tax advice, and global coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Interface with clients and colleagues worldwide by phone and in person.
• Analyze client tax data to determine appropriate filing positions and provide tax planning advice.
• Review US and Canadian personal income tax returns.
• Advise clients on the tax implications of working in another jurisdiction.
• Seek increased revenue through existing and new client relationships.
• Represent EY at external networking events.
