Senior Manager Non-Airline Loyalty
Senior Manager Non-Airline Loyalty will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships that enhance our offerings and drive customer loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships across financial partners, airlines, hotels, car rental companies, and other service providers to create valuable propositions for loyal customers.
- Create annual and 5‑year partner strategy for financial, travel and retail verticals of partners.
- Maintain key relationships with strategic UAE and global partners.
- Amplify Etihad flight revenue to ensure overall company objectives are met through EYG partnerships.
- Perform monthly performance management on each EYG partnership vertical to sustain cash inflow through non‑EY flight means.
