The Product team defines and delivers the strategy and roadmap for SOCi’s platform, partnering cross-functionally to build innovative, scalable solutions that drive customer value and business growth.
The Senior Manager, Product Management is responsible for leading a defined product area and managing a small team of product managers. This role drives strategy and execution for key platform capabilities, translating company objectives into actionable roadmaps and delivering impactful solutions. The Senior Manager partners closely with engineering, design, product marketing, sales, and customer-facing teams to ensure successful product outcomes and measurable customer value.
