Position Overview

Senior Manager, Regional Logistics Sourcing – North America. Lead tenders, manage supplier relationships, and drive continuous improvement to achieve cost, service, and sustainability goals. Report to the Director, Logistics Sourcing & Sustainability. Position is based in the United States or Canada with flexible hybrid options and requires approximately 25% travel within North America.

Responsibilities

• Execute global logistics sourcing strategies across North America through regional and market‑area tenders aligned with the global roadmap.
• Lead regional contract negotiations and supplier implementations, ensuring agreed services, rates, and operating models are successfully deployed.
• Manage and develop regional supplier relationships within the LSP pool, acting as the key interface between sourcing and operations.
