Senior Manager Risk - ICAAP / ILAAP (Pillar 1)

About The Opportunity

Are you ready to take the next step in your career? N26 is looking for a Senior Manager to lead and further develop the Risk Governance & Capital Planning team. In this role, you will take ownership of key risk controlling processes across capital and liquidity adequacy, with a focus on Pillar 1 topics within the normative perspective of the ICAAP framework as well as ILAAP. You will ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and internal risk strategy while further strengthening governance frameworks, methodologies, and risk controlling practices. As the lead of the team, you will guide and develop team members and play a key role in assessing, controlling, and reporting N26’s risks. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders and act as a key counterpart for auditors and regulators.
