Senior Manager, Strategic Initiatives (ACNT Fundraising & Program Operations)

**Position Summary...**
The Sr. Manager, ACNT Fundraising & Program Operations, you will lead the development and execution of a diversified ACNT Together Fund fundraising strategy while serving as a critical partner in program governance and operations for the organization. You will build and scale a robust individual donor pipeline, lead data-driven fundraising initiatives, and influence cross-functional priorities to support a sustainable, high-impact program that serves associates in times of need. In addition, you will contribute to governance, impact measurement, and continuous process improvement, while serving as a key representative to engage donors, board members, and stakeholders in advancing the mission of ACNT.

Location: This position is based in Bentonville, Arkansas and requires regular in-person, on-site presence. This is not a remote position.
