Senior, Manager, Strategic Operations - Marketing

We are searching for a Senior Manager of Strategic Operations to guide our approach to project management, workflows and cross-functional coordination of all Portfolio Marketing team projects. The role goes beyond to do lists and timelines – it’s about driving clarity, efficiency, and quality across complex, multi-channel work. A self-motivated and highly organized individual who understands digital video, on-air, print, CRM, paid social, and digital design formats and is an expert in project management software and theory is an ideal candidate.

This role is responsible for the team who manages the general oversight of the marketing workflow process, including project tracking, client and vendor communications, premium and print item orders, resource management, reporting, and helping teams deliver projects on time and on budget, and as such has meaningful influence on business outcomes.
