Job Description
The Senior Manager, Strategic Planning supports the CEO Office and Chief of Staff in driving strategic alignment across the Group, between HQ and Operating Companies (OpCos), and in interactions with the Board and Board Office. The role is the central owner of the quality, consistency, and coherence of content produced by the CEO Office, absorbing large volumes of information from multiple functions, synthesizing diverse perspectives into clear executive narratives, and ensuring that all outputs accurately reflect Group priorities. Responsibilities include preparing Board materials, drafting CEO and Chairman letters, and shaping the content agenda for leadership events to ensure information is well‑structured, aligned, and ready for executive audiences.
