Senior Manager, Supply Chain Management

Responsibilities

• Manage supply chain strategy to support conversion biz
• Analyze supply chain data and performance
• Anticipate and mitigate kits deliveries issues
• Monitor logistics to make sure they run smoothly
• Manage kit shortage or delay with supplier
• Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes
• Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans
• Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards
• Communicate and negotiate with suppliers/vendors to land more profitable deals

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a supply chain manager or in a similar field
• >5 years of experience in supply chain management
• Self-starter with excellent leadership and team building skills
• Strategic and analytical mind
• Ability to resolve complex problems creatively
• Attention to detail
