Requirements
:
Degree with at least 10 years of procurement experience, preferably with exposure to technology, digital, or indirect procurement categories.

Experience in leading teams or supervising officers, with the ability to provide structure and guidance in a dynamic environment.

Strong expertise in strategic sourcing, tender management, commercial evaluation and supplier due diligence.

Confidence and executive presence in discussions and negotiation, with the ability to engage stakeholders.

Strong business writing and communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear, concise, and well-structured procurement papers and evaluation reports.

Self-motivation, resourcefulness, and a continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in a fast-moving, global environment.
