Position Specification

The incumbent will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive Total Rewards strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and employee value proposition across Southeast Asia (including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Cambodia and Brunei). This role requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in Compensation and Benefits, as well as strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate closely with Operating Unit (OU)/Operating Area (OA) HRBPs and other HR COE teams to achieve the overall objectives in attracting, motivating and retaining employees.
