Job Description
OverviewThe Scheduling Leader is responsible for overseeing the TCT Scheduling team. Coordinate the planning, organizing, and optimizing the scheduling of shipments to ensure timely delivery and efficient use of resources (fleets and warehouses). This role will analyze data, utilize gTMS/TCT transportation planning models, and coordinate with various stakeholders. The Scheduling Leader will ensure that appropriate carriers are assigned to each shipment based on PepsiCo's policies, contracts, and capacity availability. This role will also involve making necessary schedule adjustments to ensure practical and feasible shipment “Trip build”.
