Job Description
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Phonics, Mechatronics or equivalent)
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in laser systems, photonics, precision manufacturing, or optical assembly
- Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing, assembly, and test processes for mechanical, PCBA, and optical components.
- Proficient in Six Sigma DMAIC, Lean methodologies, DOE, SPC, FMEA, GR&R, and other quality tools.
- Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced, high-precision environment.
