**Job Description**

**DUTIES:** Develop platform feasibility, business case estimates, manufacturing process templates, equipment and tooling kit solutions, and sequence and flow of operations for the effective utilization of labor, material, machines, and facilities necessary for the production of Body in White with Closures. Define highly automated closures manufacturing processes. Develop Sequence of operations that meet thru put and dimensional requirements. Develop system cost using GM's MECS estimating tool. Perform Closures design, construction, integration, and plant installation. Apply Closure Assembly Hemming and Quality requirements. Create detailed project timelines from processing thru project execution. Participate in development and testing of advanced processing technologies for Factory of the Future.
