Blue & Co., LLC is a leading regional CPA and advisory firm with over 600 professionals across 17 offices in Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Michigan, Tennessee, and Texas. We're executing an ambitious Vision Plan to grow Blue & Co through geographic expansion, strategic acquisitions, and new service development.

We are currently seeking a Senior Market Development Manager to join our firm. The Sr. Market Development Manager is a producer first, externally focused role centered on new client acquisition, referral network expansion, and market share growth across Cincinnati, Columbus, and Lexington. Cincinnati will be the anchor market. The purpose of the position is to accelerate net new commercial revenue while supporting Director growth expectations.
