Job Description
Responsibilities
- Spearhead commercially driven initiatives that translate strategic concepts into on-ground executions, delivering measurable uplifts in shopper traffic and tenant revenue performance.
- Manage casual leasing portfolio (advertising panels, atrium spaces, pushcarts), including prospecting, negotiation, and execution.
- Direct digital marketing initiatives across social media platforms, ensuring effective campaign rollout and performance optimisation.
- Track, analyse, and present campaign metrics (KPIs, ROI, traffic, sales) while contributing to budgeting and continuous improvement efforts.
- Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant marketing experience in the retail malls, commercial real estate, or advertising agencies .
- Strong capabilities in campaign management, event execution, and digital marketing.
