Senior Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who is ready to take full responsibility for marketing operations and strategy for our Dubai campus. This is a high-impact, high-responsibility role suited for a self-driven, highly organized professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is confident acting as the sole marketing authority on site.

The role reports directly into the VP for Student Recruitment (based in the UAE) as well as functionally to the UE Head of Marketing (based in Germany) while closely working with the academic leadership in Dubai. You will operate at the intersection of strategy and hands‑on execution, representing marketing independently and proactively across all campus stakeholders.

This position requires strong prioritization skills, clarity of thought, creative problem‑solving, and the confidence to push back when needed. You will be expected to structure complexity, set direction, and deliver consistently under tight timelines.
