Job Description
Lead the development of the Best-in-Class (BiC) strategic roadmap for core segments
Develop the BiC strategic framework for the Institutional key segments (start with Lodging)
Support the EES BiC global activation strategy
Support T20 / E15 / L10 BiC activation strategy globally in support of regional and market leadership
Actively coordinate regional customer segment activities (customer at the center)
Market Understanding & StrategyActively works with teams to have broad understanding of market -- competitive as well as customer insights -- and transferring that knowledge into actionable strategies.
Effectively bring together fact-based market, customers, and internal business insights to clearly identify and prioritize the regional strategies (short- and long-term) to maximize market penetration and profitability.
