Senior Marketing Manager

**What's the role?**

We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Senior Marketing Manager to lead the execution of our major brand and premium content initiatives. In this pivotal leadership role, you will act as a day-to-day Second-in-Command (2IC) to the Head of Marketing, helping to turn high-level marketing strategies into impactful programs.

Based in our Sydney office, you will be the driving force behind our delivery governance. **This is not a stand-back-and-delegate position; you will be an active, in-the-weeds leader heavily involved in project management** . You will lead cross-functional working groups to guide and run major projects end-to-end, directly helping your team execute the full Go-To-Market (GTM) campaign slate. Partnering closely with our Portfolio Manager - who oversees overarching portfolio planning and full-funnel design - you will clear roadblocks and manage delivery so the team can succeed.
