Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality foot reflexology, back, shoulder, and full body massage services to clients in a professional open-concept establishment environment.
- Assess client needs and health conditions before treatment to adjust massage pressures and deployment techniques safely.
- Educate clients on available therapy services and wellness practices tailored to their physical conditions.
- Maintain clean, sanitized, and tidy treatment seating and massage bed areas following strict health and hygiene standards.
- Build positive relationships and maintain excellent customer service satisfaction standards.
- Possess a recognized technical certification or diploma in massage therapy/reflexology (e.g., ITEC, CIBTAC, WSQ, or equivalent technical certificates).
